The children had a great time exploring and playing with lots of empty boxes. We talked about the different shapes and features of the boxes learning terms such as face, corner and edge before the children were invited to play with them in any way they wished. Some of the children used the boxes as cars whilst others enjoyed mark making with crayons and pencils. Quite a few enjoyed just sitting in them!
