Pancake Day
The children have enjoyed a day full of pancake themed activities. They even had a go at tossing a pre made pancake in a frying pan! There were lots of giggles as the pancakes flew above heads and landed on the floor!
The children enjoyed mark making in a flour filled play tray.

The Tiger Who Came To Tea
This week we are looking at the story The Tiger Who Came to Tea by Judith Kerr. Today the children listened to the story and recalled it afterwards using stick puppets. At music time with Mrs MacAlindon the children prowled like a tiger moving through the jungle as they joined in with an animal themed song.

Daffodils
The children have been painting pictures of daffodils. They looked carefully at the vase of flowers on the table before using fine brushes to create their pictures.
