Today the Nursery and Pre School key worker children helped to make some rainbow banners. The children had a lovely time working alongside the older children in the school. All of the Nursery and Pre School children made a smaller rainbow picture to take home and display. What a lovely way to finish the week. Wishing you all a happy and healthy Easter break.

Potato printing
Easter preparations have started and this week we are making chick cards by printing with potatoes to help us remember our Read Write Inc sound of the week 'p'.
Once the paint has dried the children are using pens to add detail such as long legs!
Easter ICT activities
Today the children watched a short clip about Easter celebrations. We followed this with some Easter themed ICT activities during our free play session. Many children had a go at decorating an egg on the touch screen as well as trying to feed the teddy bear the correct amount of eggs in a number challenge.

Read Write Inc
In Read Write Inc this week we are focusing on the n sound. Today the children had a go at forming the letter n on white boards. They also had a go at forming some of the other letters we have covered. The children were then encouraged to extend their mark making by writing their names or drawing a picture.
