This week we have decorated biscuits to look like pumpkins. The children were encouraged to independently wash and dry their hands before using orange and green icing to decorate a circle shaped biscuit. The activity encouraged the children to follow simple instructions as well as use positional language when talking about where to put their green stalk. It also provided a rather yummy treat to take home!

Pumpkin hand prints
Pre School have been busy counting and recognising numbers to five this week as they used their hands to make pumpkin prints. Once the paint had dried the children used a pen to add funny faces to their pumpkins.

Harvest in the Woods
What a wonderful morning to be celebrating harvest! Thank you to everyone who joined us for conker rolling, crown making and singing around the camp fire. The morning was a lovely opportunity for our Pre School children to show you their forest school. Now you can all look for sleeping dragon tails when out in the woods!
