Eat a Rainbow

Today the children have been eating a rainbow! We talked about what fruits we like and looked at a variety of different fruits, both fresh and tinned. We talked about the colours and shapes. The children took care to wash their hands before selecting some fruit to prepare and eat. We talked about using equipment safely and how at school we have very special child safe knives which the children can use with the guidance of an adult.
